Terms of use for the tiltyard

1. Who keeps the tiltyard

These terms govern your use of tiltyardmeadow.com ("Tiltyard Meadow", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of tiltyardmeadow.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Old enough to play

Use of Tiltyard Meadow is restricted to people aged 18 or over, and by playing here you confirm that you are 18 or over.

3. Coins, virtual only

• Every game is played with virtual coins that cost nothing to receive.
• However many a squire gathers, a coin is not money, credit or property, and it has no monetary value.
• In-app purchases do not exist at the tiltyard, and no coin may be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes.
• We put up no prize with any real-world value.
• Coins, levels and features at the tiltyard can be adjusted or reset by us at any time.

4. Real money stays off the field

No real-money gambling is offered or promoted by Tiltyard Meadow, and it does not link to gambling operators.

5. Accounts and keeping them

• A free account opens the two worlds that follow the open one, Moonward Stillroom and Undercroft Glow. Hold one account per person and never share it.
• Guard your password as a squire guards the lance rack, and tell us at once if anyone else has used your account.
• Delete your account from your account page at any moment you like; deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
• We may suspend an account if it is used to disrupt the site, or if we have reason to believe its holder is under 18.
• Coins, levels and missions ride with the account like a favour on a lance: never your property, and liable to be reset.

6. Playing fair by the rail

Disrupting the site, pointing automated tools at it, offering coins for trade and letting anyone under 18 play are all forbidden.

7. Site availability and our liability

The site comes “as is”, and any part of it may be changed or withdrawn by us. Should something malfunction, all plays and pays are void. These terms leave untouched any liability the law forbids us to limit, and they do not affect your statutory rights.

8. England and Wales: the law behind these terms

England and Wales: that is the law these terms are governed by.
